We respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. Membership activation requests are typically processed same-day.

I paid for a membership but can’t access the dashboard — what do I do?+

Head to the Claim Membership page and submit your payment confirmation. We’ll verify and activate your account, usually within a few hours.

Do you offer design review or advisory services?+

Yes. IronField offers systems-first design reviews for barndominiums and rural builds. Visit our Design Services page for packages starting at $750 CAD.

Can I suggest a feature or report a bug?+
